Obituary for Betty J. Brown
Betty J. Brown, 77, of Casselberry, Florida, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012, at her residence. Born on August 12, 1934, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Estes James Bryson and Kathleen Hall. She was a devoted wife to Charles for 61 years and a wonderful mother to her three children; she was thrilled to be a Nana to her four grandchildren and a "Great" Nana to her five great-grandchildren. Her surviving family includes her husband, Charles E. Brown; her son Chuck Brown (Karen), granddaughter Lauren Bryson (Justin), great-grandchildren Kali and Kendal; grandson Tyler; daughter Belenda Bauman (Rick), grandson Anthony and great-grandchildren Trey and Chloe; granddaughter Nikki Cabral (Levi) and great-grandson Levi Preston; and son Gary Brown (Diane). She is also survived by two sisters, Edna Driver (Clifford) and Elaine Owens. A memorial service will be held at Banfield Funeral Home on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 1:30 P.M. The family will receive friends at the Dogwood Clubhouse of Lake Kathryn Estates immediately following the service.
