Burl Harvey Owens, of Oviedo, Fl, passed away on April14, 2020.
Burl was a member of the Orange Boating Club for many years, also a member of the VFW and Masons.
Burl was born in Jenkins, Ky and grew up in Nickelsville, Virginia.
Burl joined the Air Force in 1951 and retired in 1971. He was a business owner in Oviedo until retiring at the age of 83.
Burl is survived by his wife of 69 years, Peggy and daughter Pat Janssen and son Mitch.
He will be laid to rest in Nickelsville. He will be missed.
