Obituary for Douglas Michael Chamberlin
Douglas Michael Chamberlin, 62, of Winter Springs, FL passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. He was born in Crafton, PA on June 29, 1963 to Donald and Marjean (Burns) Chamberlin. He also lived briefly in Millis, MA from 1963 to 1968 when the family moved to Orlando, FL. Doug went to Pershing Elementary, Cherokee Junior High and Boone High Schools. He graduated from UCF with a Bachelor’s Degree. He played baseball for Conway Little League when he was a child, from Rookies to Seniors. Doug also played football in Junior & Senior High Schools. He worked at Walmart for 25 years where he met his wife, Melissa Dias. They married in 2022. Doug was a wonderful husband, supportive and a great provider. Doug is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Dias, his devoted dog, Molly, as well as his mother, Marjean (Burns) Chamberlin and his four siblings: Darla (Kevin) Kuiper, Donald Chamberlin, Duane Chamberlin and Danae (Steve) George along with his two nephews, Carson George and Griffin George. He was loved by extended family on all sides. He is predeceased by his father, Donald Chamberlin, and his brother, Dennis Chamberlin.
