Elbert Angel Velez Jr. Born in New York, New York July 11,1981. He was a loving father of three boys and one girl (Eliezer Vincent Velez, Alyssa Marie Carrero, Edonis Elbert Velez, E Siah Angel Velez) ,brother ,and son. brothers Antonio Ruperto,Jose Angel Velez,Hermenegild Dejesus,Luis Enrique Dejesus,and sister Ruby Mari Dejesus Mother's Name Sonia Maria Lopez Father Elbert Angel Velez Sr. Elbert always had a big heart he loved helping other people no matter the cost. He loved music and his bongos. He always had time for anyone that needed him and he always thought about other people but himself. He always made everyone laugh and just enjoyed life to the fullest. His everything was his family and would never leave his mothers side. He had such a big heart and soul that when he was in the 11th grade he dropped out of school to help his mom with his three younger siblings and never had the chance to finish school to help out his mom in struggling times but he never complained he was always there for them. He moved from State to state till the family landed in Florida and has ever since been living here.
The family had hopes of visiting their home land of Puerto Rico but god has different plans for us all . There's another angel in heaven May He Rest In Peace.
