Ethel Maude Mary Astle, 89 of Apopka, Florida passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2009, at Hospice of The Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She was born March 11, 1920 in Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada. She was the daughter of the late Chum Flowers and the late Ethel Flowers. She was the wife of Gordon V. Astle. Mrs. Astle is survived by her husband, Gordon V. Astle, son, Gordon S. Astle, daughter, Sandra A. Green, grandchildren, Gregory Astle, Merrie Green, great grandchildren, Hunter and Heather Astle and Andru Schnurr. A Funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Friday April 17, 2009 at Banfield Funeral Home located at 420 W. State Road 434 Winter Springs, Florida 32708 with the Reverend Herb Long officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 16, 2009, at Banfield Funeral Home.
