Haven, a long-time resident of Winter Springs died 6/5/2024. He was 71 and born in Paterson, NJ. A loving and devoted father is survived by his long-time companion of 35 years, Suzanne; son, Jesse, daughter-in-law, Elli; grand-daughters, Lucy and Laney, sister; Erma, and faithful dog, Mikko.
Haven served in the Army. He volunteered at the Heidlberg Fire Department (PA) for many years. Haven met the love of his life, Suzanne who stood by his side through thick and thin. Haven was close with cousins. They were more like siblings, Debbie, Ernie, and Aledia.
Haven had the personality and natural charisma to make friends no matter the situation, and his laugh was infectious to everyone around him. A man of many stories, some factual and others not so factual, all that would draw out inspiring conclusions.
As a man of true integrity, Haven would not budge once he decided something. If anyone challenged what he was conveying, he stood tall and proud with a smile on his face. A man with a simple taste of shorts and t-shirts, he focused on providing the best life possible.
Haven was a truly great man whose impact will be forever felt by his family, that loves him dearly. He was a man whose passing left an unfillable gap in the hearts of his loved ones. His ability to sacrifice, provide, support, forgive, and love will be forever engrained in all he knew.
