Obituary for Helen Courtney
Helen Courtney (Helen Bednarczyk), 64, passed away on Sep. 6, 2018, at South Seminole Hospital, Longwood, Fl. Her private family services were held at Saint Stevens Catholic Church in Winter Springs, Florida. Interred with family in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Newark, New Jersey. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey to Anthony and Anna Bednarczyk. Ms. Courtney received her Bachelors in Math from Fairleigh Dickinson University and Masters degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She worked for 1 year as a Math Teacher at Benedictine Academy where she attended school in her earlier years. And then in Telecommunications at AT&T for 40 years with pride before Retiring. She was married for 36 years before divorcing. She owned a couple of horses and 6 dogs throughout adult life. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Susan J. Courtney; and a brother, Mr. John J. Bednarczyk.
