Obituary for Hilde B. Shoaf
Hilde Becker Shoaf, 86, was born in 1937 in a small town in West Germany called Idar-Oberstein. She loved to dance and in her younger years was in a bike club which she enjoyed. There she met her husband Glynn Shoaf, who was in the Army. After they married and had two children, she came to the United States. She was the heart and soul of our family. We will remember her for her great sense of humor and her kind spirit. She will be greatly missed.
Hilde is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Glynn Shoaf, her daughters Peggy Henry and Barbara Shoaf, grandson Dakota Henry, whom she adored and son-in-law Earl Henry.
