Obituary for James C. Howington
James Clifford Howington, known to most as Cliff Howington, of Osteen, FL passed away April 30, 2020 at his home after a very long, hard fight with cancer. Born October 8th, 1958 in Mansfield, Ohio, he was the son of Jimmie C. Howington and Irma Jean Howington. He was a plumber by trade, but also known over the years to breed dogs and could most days be found tinkering in his garage. He also enjoyed playing league pool regularly. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmie C Howington and brother, Harold Steven Howington. He is survived by his mother, Irma Jean Howington, his long-time significant other, Tammy Salmon, his daughters Jamie Neely and Jenny Howington, of Sanford, brother Charles Howington, his wife Lori of Sanford, FL, sister Lois Sonnefeld, her husband Martyn of Canton, OH., three grandchildren, Rebecca Bacak, Rachel Bacak and Cody Neely, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Due to well thought out plans throughout his long battle, he asked that his body be cremated, and no services be held.
