Obituary for James Chester Broughton
Broughton James Chester ‘Jimmy’ Broughton went to be with the Lord on 12/3/17. Jim was born in Hyannis, MA on 4/24/1949 and is preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor and Richard. Jim was a Real Estate Broker for over 40 years in the area. He is missed by his devoted wife Svetlana (Bogdan), four brothers - Irv, John (Barbara), Bob, & Billy as well as his supportive and prayerful cousins, the Arrow and Ranson Families. We thank his Sigma Nu brothers, church family, and his friends for their support and prayers during his illness. We especially want to thank his close friend, Randy Pike, who worked diligently to ease his transition. We will miss his humor, opinions, theories, and karaoke performances - but more than anything his presence. A memorial service will be held Saturday, 12/9/17 at 3:30pm at the FL Hospital Seventh-Day Adventist Church at 2800 N. Orange Ave.
