Obituary for Jeremiah Donald Conn
Jeremiah Donald Conn, age 40, of Orlando Fl and formerly of Alamogordo, New Mexico, passed away on April 2nd, 2022.
He was born July 17, 1981, in Alamogordo, New Mexico to the late Charles and Beverly (Davis) Conn. Survived by his wife Christina Elaine Timmerman-Conn and his sister Jennifer Conn.
Jeremiah was a 1999 graduate of Manatee High School. He then proceeded to join the Army in July of the same year. He was deployed to Iraq twice; once in 2003 and then in 2005. He served first as a medic and then as an LPN. During this time, he received an Army Achievement Medal (AAM), 3 Army Commendation Medals (ARCOM), and 3 Army Good Conduct Medals. After 9 years of service, Jeremiah was honorably discharged in 2008.
Post-military Jeremiah worked as an LPN in Bradenton, Tampa, and Orlando. While in Bradenton, Jeremiah rekindled his relationship with his high school friend Christina and then married her in 2014. They shared 2 dogs together, Friday and Zoey, who followed them on all their adventures.
Jeremiah loved watching college football and playing tennis. His favorite teams were the Florida Gators and Alabama Crimson Tide. His favorite tennis players were Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Novak Djokovic.
The viewing will be at Banfield Funeral Home on Monday the 11th, between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. The military burial will be held on April the 18th at the Florida National Cemetery.
