Obituary for Karen Lynn Gagnon
Karen Lynn Gagnon, 42, of Budapest, Hungary, went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2023. She was born March 11, 1981 at Fort Bragg, NC. She is survived by her parents Don and Donna Gagnon, Casselberry, FL, her husband Steve Collison of Budapest , Hungary, sister Susan and husband Mark Fetz, of St Augustine, FL, and sister Lauri and husband Daniel Simpson of Casselberry, FL.
She is further survived by her niece Lainey Simpson, 3 nephews Samuel, Sebastian and Spencer Sylvester, and grandmother Jackie Gagnon. Karen graduated from Lake Mary HS, FL, in 1999, and was class valedictorian. She went on to University of Florida, and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Linguistics, with a dual degree in Theater. Karen went on to pursue a career in acting. She loved her dog Oliver, a maltese yorkie. A
celebration of life ceremony will be held at Northland Church, Longwood, FL on 10/21/2023, at 11 am. She is deeply missed.
