Obituary for Luis Raul Rios
Luis Raul Rios, 68, of Winter Springs FL, peacefully passed away in Seminole County on February 25, 2021 after a traumatic fall. He was born June 17, 1952 to Luis Raul and Nylda Rios-Matta in Panama Canal Zone. Luis honorably served as a corpsman in the United States Navy. Luis had a heart of gold, dearly loved his family, and enjoyed his prize possession, a 2002 Camaro Z28. He took pride in maintaining his beautiful home and yard.
Luis was preceded in death by his father. He leaves his loving wife Emily of 31 years, and three children Amelia, Christina, Luis III. He is survived by his mother, two brothers Jose A. Rios-Calzada (Mary Ivette) and Ivan L. Rios-Calzada, two nieces Yaribeth Rios Lebron (Alan) and Karina Rios Lebron as well as two sisters-in-law, Ann Duffy and Leslie Fulford (Michael) He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, -March 5th at 10:00 a.m. at St, Stephen’s Catholic Church in Winter Springs. A Celebration of his Life will be held following the service at the family home, 642 Saranac Drive, Winter Springs 32708. Family and friends are welcome.
