Obituary for Mary Ellen Prescott
Mary Ellen Prescott passed away peacefully at her home with her children
at her side on May 1, 2017. Mary was born in Monroe, Michigan on
11/23/40. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years James
R. Prescott. She was a long standing member of Hope Lutheran Church.
She served as President of Wedgefield Firewise for 15 years. She received
awards from the State of Florida and Orange County Fire Chiefs for her
achievements within in this organization. She worked in Banking and has
been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Orlando area for 38 years.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by her son
Michael Moss (Orlando) his wife Andrea and their son Jakob, her daughter
Ruth Moore (Chuluota) her husband William J Moore and their son William
P. Moore. Memorial Service to be held at Hope Lutheran Church 2600
Dean Road Orlando, FL 32817, Friday May 12, 2017 at 11:30am, luncheon
to follow. In lieu of flowers please make donations in her memory to Hope
Lutheran Church.
