Obituary for Neil Martin Kinney
Neil Martin Kinney, 75 of Oviedo, Florida passed away Thursday May 25, 2023. He was born October 19, 1947, in Utica, New York. Neil was loved by many and will be remembered most for his pranks and fun-loving nature. After his tour of duty in the army he worked in public works for Altamonte Springs and then Apopka before retiring. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jane Kinney, son, Terry Kinney, daughter in law, Jennifer Kinney, granddaughters, Misty Kinney and Nicole Rose and her husband Shawn Rose. His brother Fred Kinney and numerous nieces and nephews. Rest in peace you will be greatly missed.
