Paul J. Kunsman
went home to be with Jesus, June 17

at the age of 78
during the early morning hours
surrounded by his wife
,
one of his daughters
, and the Hospice nurse.
Paul
was born on
September 29
,
1935
in
Bethlehem, PA
to
William E. and Ethel M. Kunsman
.
He attended Lehigh University and Nyack Missionary College
.
He
married
the
love of his life,
Winnie
Mae
in
1959.
After moving to
Florida, Paul
began working for
Harris-
Intertype
as a
n engineer,
where he had the privilege of traveling to Africa and Europe with his family. After working at Harris, he
served as the
comptroller of First Baptist Chur
c
h of West Hollywood
for eighteen years
.
Pa
ul is survived
by his
wife, Winnie Mae; his
four children,
Paula Jo, Sharon Rose, Timothy Paul
and Crystal Joy; his two brothers, David John and Daniel Jesse; and
his
eight grandchildren
, Deanna, Jonathan, Kyle, Kaila, Stephen, Derick, Brandon and Blake
.
His children remember him
as a
man of integrity,
with a
spirit
of strength
in quietness,
who displayed
unconditional love, faithfulness, and
perseverance
even
in the midst of suffering.
Paul loved
Southern Gospel and Christian music and enjoyed singing in
the choir
. He was an educator
and
enjoyed
tutor
ing
students in math
. He was a generous individual who was passionate about
serving the Lord with his God-given talents.
His
viewing and
funeral
service
is scheduled for
June 25, 2014 at
1:30
at
Beulah Baptist Church, 671 Beulah Road, Winter Garden, FL
, followed
by t
he graveside committal at 400 Woodlawn Memorial Park
,
and a dinner
reception
back at
the church. Pastor Jathan Murphy
will officiat
e
.
