After moving toÂ
Florida, Paul
 began working forÂ
Harris-
Intertype
 as a
n engineer,Â
where he had the privilege of traveling to Africa and Europe with his family. After working at Harris, he
served as the
 comptroller of First Baptist Chur
c
h of West Hollywood
 for eighteen years
.Â

ul is survivedÂ
by hisÂ
wife, Winnie Mae; hisÂ
four children,
Paula Jo, Sharon Rose, Timothy Paul
 and Crystal Joy; his two brothers, David John and Daniel Jesse; andÂ
hisÂ
eight grandchildren
, Deanna, Jonathan, Kyle, Kaila, Stephen, Derick, Brandon and Blake

His children remember him

of strength
 in quietness,Â
who displayedÂ
unconditional love, faithfulness, andÂ
perseverance
 even
 in the midst of suffering.
Paul lovedÂ
Southern Gospel and Christian music and enjoyed singing inÂ
the choir
. He was an educator
 and
enjoyedÂ
tutor
ing
 students in math
. He was a generous individual who was passionate aboutÂ
serving the Lord with his God-given talents.
