Philip John Laurencell, August 27, 1981 - October 7, 2023. Beloved brother of Phyllis (Rick) Simpson and Therese Laurencell. 'F'uncle to Ryan (Haley) Simpson and Emily Simpson. Most recently great uncle to Elliot Simpson. Loving son of Philip A. and Linda M. Laurencell, both deceased. Phil was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois moving to Altamonte Springs, Florida in the last decade, living with his sister Therese. He enjoyed going to the movies, reading and gaming. A good book or a classic comic were welcomed distractions to the daily tasks. Phil was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and will be fondly remembered for his wit and strong spirit. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A way to remember Phil is to donate to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in memory of him.
