Ralph D. Taylor , 83 of Winter Springs, FL passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 at his home in Winter Springs. He was born October 20, 1929 in Oak Hill, WV. He was the son of the late Thomas P. Taylor and the late Hallie Mae Taylor. He was a retired Vice President of a construction company and a US Army veteran. Mr. Taylor has left behind his Wife: Frances V. Taylor Two Children: Max Taylor and Patricia Rhodes-Taylor, 6 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be celebrated at Banfield Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Thomas Hensley officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
