Obituary for Raulito Pena
Raul Gerardo Peña, 34, passed away on October 21, 2023.
Raulito was born on August 19, 1989, to Agustin Peña and Norma Albaladejo in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After Raulito graduated from Juan Jose Osuna Specialized High School in 2008, he went on to study Graphic Design at Full Sail University.
Raul is survived by his life partner Kristine Miner; his parents, Agustín Peña and Norma Albaladejo; his siblings Agustín A. Peña, Marién Peña and brother-in-law Mauro Loor, and Jeaninne Peña; his nephew, Miguelangel Perez; Niece, Sihra Rojas, an amazing group of friends and, his beloved pet Daisy.
Raulito loved playing Yu-Gi-Oh competitively and participated in matches across the United States winning several regional events while making many friends along the way. He loved the story lines of comics like Green Lantern, Marvel, Manga and DC Comics. He loved collectables, specialty deck boxes and admired designs. He dreamed of owning his own brand of graphic tees, gaming playmats and accessories. Raulito was a talented artist and enjoyed drawing, silk screening and digital designing.
He was loving and affectionate. Devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend; he loved his family, and he loved God. Raulito will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Viewing and Spanish service will be held at Banfield Funeral Home and Crematory, October 27, 2023, at 5 pm.
