Russ Wright , 76 of Longwood, FL passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at his home in Longwood, surrounded by family. He was born January 19, 1939 in Des Moines, IA. He was the son of Mabel Wright and the late Wendell Wright. He was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church. He was a retired Marketing Director and served in the US Marine Corps. Mr. Wright has left behind his Wife: Carole J. Wright, Seven Children: Terri West, Wendi Ruppe, Scott Wright, Tiffany Houle, Lisa Knolla, Darinda Knolla and Raelene Knolla-Anderson, Mother: Mabel Wright, 27 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Annunciation Catholic Church on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 9:30 AM with Father Stephen Parkes as Celebrant. There will be a reception at Saint Pio Place located at Annunciation Catholic Church immediatlely following the Mass. Interment with military honors will take place at Florida National Cemetery Monday, April 20th at 2:30 PM. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Banfield Funeral Home.
