Russell “Rusty” Patton- 09/17/68 – 04/14/23
Rusty had a rare syndrome of Cornelia De Lange Syndrome, but beat all odds previously handed to him at birth and survived 54 years. He was larger than life and although non-verbal, he expressed everything through his affection and actions. He was a curious, mischievous boy who loved music and wheeling around in his wheelchair like no other. He was a fighter who overcame many obstacles and gave the best hugs and shared love with everyone. He had an infectious laugh that no one could resist. His absence is felt by so many.
He is loved and missed by his family and caretakers. We find comfort that he is dancing “The Rusty Shuffle” again in heaven with his loved ones. We love you sooo much Rusty. Always and Forever in our hearts.
