Obituary for Sylvia Nelson
Sylvia Nelson , 93 of Winter Springs, FL passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 at Life Care Center of Altamonte Springs in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She was born July 18, 1922 in Yonkers, NY. She was the daughter of the late Nicholas Pappas and the late Matilda Pappas. She had worked as a Supervisor in the communication industry. Mrs.Nelson has left behind, Four Children: Barbara S. Wiseman, Cheryl A. Gibbs, Patricia J. Shaw and Scott A. Nelson, One Brother: William Pappas, 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchldren. Funeral services will be celebrated at St. Stephen Catholic Church on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Father John J. Bluett officiating. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at St. Stephen Catholic Church.
