Oviedo resident Edward Mellor, 61, passed away January 30, 2020 at his home. Edward Mellor was born February 15, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY to Aase Alfa Mellor and Robert Edward Mellor.
He was a Finance Manager for The Walt Disney World Company, where he was highly regarded for his professionalism. He had over 25 years of experience in the banking industry and specialized in electronic payments.
Ed loved to chat with people and always made time to do so throughout his personal life and professional career.
Ed graduated from Winter Park High School and earned his BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
Ed and his wife Margie married in Baton Rouge, Lousiana in 1984 and moved to Florida in 1986.
He is survived by his wife Margie; His sons Tyler and Jordan and his brother John Mellor of Chapin, SC.
